We appreciate for people coming from DIY yards, moving to our Part/ Full livery packages will find the change strange and take a while to adapt, so any queries along the way please let us know. We want to make the change for you and your horse as easy and best possible, so we will do anything we can to ensure a smooth & pleasant changeover. Enjoy an easier time this winter by letting us take 5* care of your horse!

The yard is set out so all horses are in sight of another at all times, and we will ensure that no horse is left alone or out of sight of another horse at any time, to prevent unnecessary stress for your horse. We will lead in & out 2x at a time if safe to do so, if not we will ensure to have 2 handlers so there is never a last horse in or out.

The yard will be regularly disinfected with an equine safe disinfectant.

Jodi is very experienced with Gastric Ulcer treatment & prevention!

Open to as many viewings as you'd like to ensure the move is right for both you and your horse.
We have a huge welcome package letter with lots of questions so we can know all of your horses needs! If you are interested & would like us to send you a copy please email jod.randall@gmail.com.

Jodi Randall, 26 years old, been riding and competing since age 2. I have trained with many different international and Olympic medal winners. I am crb/dbs checked, first aid trained, insured, UKCC level 2 qualified & BHS stage 3/ pony club A test.
I have looked after and cared for clients horses for over 10 years now to the highest of standards. I have worked for many international riders gaining a lot of experience.
I also hold HGV and trailer licences, aswell as able to operate diggers and large machinery. I have competed in dressage up to elementary level but trained to advanced medium. Showjumping at 1.30 level on home produced horses still stepping up the levels. I have also evened up to 1m and taken part in pony club mounted Games. I have also done a lot of showing, including winning the m&m WHP at Kent County. I won 3 years in a row at Royal Windsor horse show.
I have trained Tazmin Pearson age 12 since she was 2, and gone to every competition with her, on our home produced ponies winning all 5x major championships for children under 10 years, including hickstead, cash jumping championships, POYS(pony of the year X3 wins!) Tazmin is now successful placing children on horses classes 1.30m level!

I have produced many young horses from wild unhandleable beasts, to broken in riding nicely with great manners and competing successfully up to 1.30 level!

Jodi took over the yard in October 2019, it had been empty just over a month, however was very run down & in need of some TLC. The work is going to be an on going process over the next year, however the majority and all important aspects are completed or almost completed and ready for horses to arrive from November.
We plan to be very select on the liveries we accept, in that we strive to be a unique livery yard in many aspects, 1 in particular a non bitching and enjoyable place to spend quality time with your horse in peace! For this reason we ask that everyone is to air any queries to Jodi asap, so any problems can be resolved amicably & instantly.
